The
Connect Willmar Initiative is planned to be constructed in phases over
the next three years with phase one starting in 2025, phase two in 2026
and phase three in 2027.
Pre-orders will be collected city wide in all phases, so please pre-order regardless of what phase you are in.
Phase numbering or boundaries may changed based on your pre-order.
